Sophie's Vocabulary
Sophie is starting to try to repeat words we say. She's built up a small vocabulary of words she understands how to use and will say unprompted:

Amma (her cousin Ammon)
Lee (her cousin Lily)
Animals:
Meow
Ar-Ar (dog sound)
Quack
Ee-ah (monkey sound)
Maa (sheep sound)
[roaring sound] (for lions and tigers)
Actions:
Shay (for shake; we sing a "shake your bottle" song)
Ei (German word for small kids when they give someone a gentle pat)
Food:
Ba (for banana)
Chee (for cheese / Kaese)
Ei (German for "egg")
Body:
